Brule County will be microsealing Highway 16 Sept 8 - 12, 2026 from Kimball to Pukwana.  Traffic will be compromised with closures and long delays, if possible use an alternat route.

​

Starting on Sept. 14 - 19 the microsealing will be occurring on Farm to Market Road (245th St) with the same issue with traffic.  Closures and long delays.  

Governing a County in an efficient and friendly manner is a significant challenge. It isn't easy to get information to the County or out to many people in a short time. This website is a way to introduce people to the issues facing the County quickly.

NEW OFFICE HOURS IN THE TREASURER'S OFFICE 
EFFECTIVE MARCH 24, 2025
Due to the implementation of the new motor vehicle system 605 Drive, the office door will be closed to the public at 4:30 pm in order to complete paperwork and balance for the day.
